Consulting Services

Going Big Labs has worked with systems analysis in addition to research and consultation. We also worked with departments and individuals in order to discover that client's technological needs, and then made suggestions about what technical direction the client should proceed in.

HLPTEC

Going Big Labs coordinated the acquisition, construction where necessary, maintenance, and future growth of client's computer systems. This included the development of two wireless networks comprised of multiple work stations, network printers, a fully operational network server, and specialty calling machine over two locations.

Going Big Labs has worked one on one with many individuals to replace faulty hard drives, as often new computers shipped by large vendors come equipped with refurbished hardware parts.

Going Big Labs has worked to recover files that have disappeared from a computer system and replaced gigabytes of information.

Liaison Services

Going Big Labs has acted as liaison for a client in all technological regards. Coordinated with both Dell and Apple Computer, as well as many other vendors including Cable ISP services, telecommunications vendors, and local vendors towards the goal of acquiring necessary system equipment.

Research Services

Going Big Labs has conducted a wide variety of research. Of note however, was a research study Going Big Labs conducted on the danger of cyber threats to Congressional Web Sites: An analysis of both cyber threats to Congressional Websites and the networks which support them, including both cyber and non-cyber threats aimed at involved cyber infrastructures.
